Installing a stop valve inline with a PVC run is a very simple process. The purpose of a stop valve is to allow an individual to turn on or off the flow of water to a section of PVC or watering system such as a sprinkler system. Stop valves are designed so that when the handle is perpendicular with the PVC pipe, the valve is in the "off" position; when it's parallel to the PVC pope, the valve is on. Connect the valve inline with some cement, and your project is complete.
